Privacy is more than publishing a well-written privacy policy on our website. We are proud to say that we go the extra mile to provide you with privacy choices that go beyond keeping your data secure and limiting data processing. 

Privacy Initiatives

Our team has spent a lot of time thinking about privacy in 2020. We know that this topic is important to you, which means it's also important to us. 

Here are some specific projects we're working on:

• Privacy by design: Our product team works according to specific guidelines and directives to ensure that any feature we are working on has privacy written all over it. We believe in a world where every app and every website gives the user full control over their data. It should be your choice how much data you are sharing and how far we'll be allowed to process your information. 
• Improved community moderation: By giving you better reporting options, we allow you to flag and report inappropriate content or activities. Getting your feedback allows us to moderate the content and activities within our community. Whilst having a native reporting feature is nothing ground breaking, we want to leverage the fact that the community is self-monitoring so that we can reduce the amount of data processing we need to undertake for safety purposes. In short, the more you help us report, the less we'll need to process your data with our algorithms.
• Improved communications:  We completely trust that everyone who joins our community is doing so because they want to connect with other people. In order for everyone to have a safe and enjoyable experience, we are making an effort to provide you with positive guidance and a comprehensive onboarding process so that you can make the most out of your experience with the app.
