-If you purchased coins from the third-party payment platform (the fast recharge link through our website), please report this transaction in your order history. Our relevant department will deal with it as soon as possible.

Please note: Once your refund request gets accepted, you will receive relevant amount to your bank account in 7-14 working days. In addition to this, we don't offer refunds for partially used coin purchases.
